Terms of Service


Before you can become a member of RedfoxRebates.com or use its services you must agree to these Terms of Service and the RedfoxRebates Privacy Policy.  No parts of this agreement shall be deemed to be in conjunction with that of any third party and shall not provide any rights or privileges to or from any third party companies.  If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not register or use the RedfoxRebates.com website.


If at any time RedfoxRebates.com deems it necessary to changes this Terms of Service agreement, it may do so.  Your continued use of this website will be deemed as an acceptance to any future additions or changes to this agreement. 


Description of Service

RedfoxRebates provides membership to its users and provides third party advertisers or offers for which its users can receive bonuses (not cash) for completing.  RedfoxRebates provides the bonus products for completing these offers. 


Eligibility of Users

Users must be over the age of 13 years in order to participate in using RedfoxRebates.  If they are between the ages of 13 and 18, and their parents or legal guardians do not wish them to use this site; they are prohibited from using this site.  Users they have been terminated or restricted cannot use the site.  Users may only have one account.


Usage of RedfoxRebates

When you register on RedfoxRebates, your email and password information is collected.  You are responsible for keeping this information private.  Any activity completed on this website under your email and password login information either with or without your knowledge will be deemed as your responsibility.  Any repercussions from these actions will also be deemed your responsibility.   RedfoxRebates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or other actions occurring as a result of the actions taking place using your information.


Third Party Information

RedfoxRebates does not run any of the third party websites and is not responsible for what information they collect or how that information is used.  You should read and accept all third party Privacy Policies and Terms of Service before you share any of your information or complete any offers.  Any charges that occur through a third party is the sole responsibility of the user and not RedfoxRebates.com.


Member Agreement

In becoming a member of RedfoxRebates and to use the website, you agree:

  • To provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and others to RedfoxRebates and to the Third-Parties;
  • You are 13 years of age or older (You must be at least 13 years of age to be a Member), and if you are under 18 years of age you have obtained your parents consent for you to participate in the RedfoxRebates program;
  • To comply with all local, state, federal, international or other applicable laws, including but not limited to, rules regarding acceptable online conduct, and not to use RedfoxRebates to participate in any fraudulent, illegal, or patently unethical activities;
  • Not to participate in any illegal activities with the intention of advertising or mentioning RedfoxRebates or that relate to the RedfoxRebates in any way, including but not limited to, “spamming” your RedfoxRebates URL via email, on message boards, social networking sites, or anywhere else.
  • To have only one RedfoxRebates membership and account and not to attempt to open multiple accounts or memberships.
  • Not to interfere with or disrupt the RedfoxRebates or servers or networks connected to the RedfoxRebates, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to RedfoxRebates.

If any member is found to be in violation of the above regulations, the member's account will be terminated at the discretion of RedfoxRebates.  Any bonus product that has accumulated will no longer be owed to the member as they have violated the terms of service.


Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that RedfoxRebates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if RedfoxRebates has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or performance of RedfoxRebates website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence or strict liability. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the  RedfoxRebates website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. If the laws of one of those jurisdictions applies, and RedfoxRebates is found responsible for any damages to you, you expressly acknowledge that RedfoxRebate’s total cumulative damages to you (whether at law or in equity) shall not exceed $100 in United States’ currency. The provisions of this section survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.


Non-Commitment

RedfoxRebates does not have any commitment toward any Members, past or present. RedfoxRebates may at anytime, for any reason, with or without notice, discontinue the RedfoxRebates website for one or all of its Members. After said discontinuation, RedfoxRebates remains without commitment to any Members, past or present, of the website.


Account Termination

You agree that RedfoxRebates may with or without cause terminate your membership and any subsequent bonuses that you may have obtained.  In particular, and without limiting the reasons, the following will lead to termination of your account.  Any reasons previously mentioned in this agreement.  If you delete your own account.  Any technical issues that may cause deletion.  An inactive accounts that has not been logged into via RedfoxRebates.com in the past 90 days.  Any other reason that RedfoxRebates deems necessary to run the website.


Indemnity

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree to indemnify, defend and otherwise hold harmless RedfoxRebates, its officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages resulting from: (i) your membership and/or participation in the RedfoxRebates Program; (ii) your use of the RedfoxRebates website and name; (iii) your violation of this Agreement; (iv) your violation of the rights of another; and (v) any other matter relating to RedfoxRebates website. Any communications and/or transactions which arise between a Member and the Third-Parties, between Members, or between any Member and other users of the RedfoxRebates website are the sole responsibility of the parties to those communications and/or transactions, and RedfoxRebates shall not be considered a party to any such communications and/or transactions.

Without limitation of the terms and conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement, you understand and agree that RedfoxRebates may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce this Agreement, or protect the rights, property, or the safety of RedfoxRebates, its users, and the public.
